Shopify | How to install the Sinch Engage app for Shopify – Sinch Engage

Shopify Marketplace

To find and install the Sinch Engage app (Sinch Engage: SMS, MMS and RCS) from the Shopify App Marketplace:

Search for "Sinch Engage: SMS, MMS and RCS".
Select the Sinch Engage: SMS, MMS and RCS app from the list.
Click the Install button.
You'll be taken to the Sinch Engage screen to create an account and get started with your 14-day trial. If you have an existing Sinch Engage account, you can choose to click Log in.

Note that when you create a new trial account, you'll be given a balance of 25 free credits to help get you started.
If you've created an account, you'll be prompted to verify your phone number.
Once you're verified and logged in, you can select the account you want to connect to Shopify. Click Choose Account and you'll be directed to the Integrations page in the Sinch Engage platform - the Shopify integration should appear as connected.

If you have an existing Sinch Engage account, to install the Shopify App:

Log in to the Sinch Engage platform.
From the left-side navigation bar, click on Extensions and then Integrations.
Locate the Shopify integration tile and click Install.
Click Continue to be redirected to the Shopify marketplace to make the initial connection before completing your set up in Sinch Engage. Follow the prompts to log in and connect your account.
Once you're back in the Sinch Engage platform, you can configure your SMS Opt in settings.
Click Next.
If you'd like to sync your contacts from Shopify to Sinch Engage, ensure the checkbox is selected.
Click Connect.
Once you've connected your store, you can choose to update your costs associated to SMS and MMS to make the most of your powerful ROI reporting, or you can do it later.

To find and install the Shopify integration from the Sinch Engage Integrations Marketplace:

Search for "Shopify".
Select the Shopify app from the list.
You'll be taken to the Shopify page where you can click Get the app or Book a demo.
