Batch sends are stored as individual records and contain details including status, message content and the associated saved search.
View batch SMS records
To view batch send records:
- In the top-navigation bar, hover over the Sinch SMS tab.
- Hover over Batch SMS and then click on List Batch SMS.
Every batch record will appear in the list with details of the send. You can view associated messages and delivery information by viewing the individual batch record.
Batch statuses
| Status | Definition |
| Queued | Messages are scheduled to be sent |
| Started / Sending | Messages are sending |
| Finished / Recurring | Messages have completed sending OR the batch is recurring and scheduled to send at the next interval |
