You can view the message history on a record from the Information tab.
View message history
- Open the contact record you want to view message history for.
- Click the Communication tab.
Click the Messages tab to display a list of all messages sent and received for this record - including conversation, batch SMS and workflow initiated messages.
- Message Number: This is sequential and shows the newest message at the top.
- View: Click to view the message in a pop-up window.
- Date: The date and time the message was sent/received.
- Author: The author of the message.
- Primary Recipient: The primary recipient of the message.
- Subject: Refers to the type of message e.g. Sinch SMS (outbound), Sinch reply SMS (inbound)
- Type: The current default label is Email - this will include SMS in future product updates.
- Files: Indicates if any attachments were included with the message.
- Attachments: Details of the attachments.
- Internal only: If the message is restricted to being viewed only by internal employees.
- Remove: Click to delete the message from the list.
