Inbox AI features assist you in writing and refining messages directly from the composer. This article covers:
How to use AI Suggested Response to insert automatically generated replies based on previous messages.
How to use the AI Improve Content options (Polish, Formalize, and Shorten) to refine your drafts.
How administrators can accept terms to enable these features.
AI Suggested Response
The suggested response feature generates a response for you based on previous messages in your conversation. You can choose to dismiss this suggestion, insert it, or have it try again.

Click the magic pen in the inbox composer and select "Suggest response":

AI Improve Content
There are three options to improve your content. Simply write a message and choose whether you want a more polished version, a more formal version, or something a bit shorter and snappier.

Click the magic pen in the inbox composer and select "Polish", "Formalize", or "Shorten"

You can choose to dismiss the suggested content (retaining your original reply), try again, or insert your suggested response:
How to enable inbox AI features
These features are available at no additional charge, you just need to activate them.
When you first click the magic pen in the inbox composer, you'll be presented with one of two modals.

If you're an Administrator user, you'll just need to accept the Terms & Conditions:

If you're not an Administrator user, you'll be prompted to reach out to an administrator first, as only they are authorised to accept the terms and conditions to enable these AI features.
