How to create a new account - Tower Systems

Creating a Sinch Engage account is simple – register via our Tower partner sign-up page and follow the steps below. Please reach out to us at APACsales@sinch.com if you run into any difficulties. Once you have created your Sinch Engage account, follow the instructions in this article to connect to your monday.com account.

Create your Legacy API Credentials

1. To create new Legacy API Credentials, go to the menu and click on Settings > API Settings > then scroll down to Legacy API Credentials and click on Create new key:

   

2. In the resulting modal create a username and password, then click Create key:

   

3. Once you have created your API credentials a confirmation modal will pop up, click OK to close it. If you need to change the password at any time, just click on the Edit button.
4. Now that you have your API username and password, enter these details via the Tasks > Email / SMS > Account Settings option that can be accessed via the Tower main menu. This will connect the two systems and you can start sending SMS directly from the software.
