How to create a new account - Audit4

Creating a Sinch Engage account is simple – register via our Audit4 partner sign-up page and follow the steps below. Please reach out to us at APACsales@sinch.com if you run into any difficulties. Once you have created your Sinch Engage account, follow the instructions in this article to connect to your monday.com account.

Create your Legacy API Credentials

1. To create new Legacy API Credentials, go to the menu and click on Settings > API Settings > then scroll down to Legacy API Credentials and click on Create new key:

   

2. In the resulting modal create a username and password, then click Create key:

   

3. Once you have created your API credentials a confirmation modal will pop up, click OK to close it. If you need to change the password at any time, just click on the Edit button.
4. Now that your Sinch Engage account is activated and API credentials are created, contact S4S directly as they'll be able to help you finalize the integration.
