How to create a new account - King Street Computers

Creating a Sinch Engage account is simple – register via our King Street Computers partner sign-up page and follow the steps below. Please reach out to us at APACsales@sinch.com if you run into any difficulties. Once you have created your Sinch Engage account, follow the instructions in this article to connect to your monday.com account.

Create your API credentials

1. To create new Basic API Credentials, go to the menu and click on Settings > API Settings >  then scroll down to Basic Authentication and click on Create new key:
   
2.  In the resulting modal, provide a descriptive name and click Create Key:

3. Once your API Credentials have been created, you'll see this confirmation. Copy the credentials to the clipboard then click Ok:

   Important - This is the only time the Sinch Engage platform will display the API Secret, so if you're not planning to use it right away, we recommend saving it somewhere you can find it later. If you lose the API Secret, you'll need to create a new key/secret pair.

4. Finalize SMS integration - now that your Sinch Engage account is activated and API credentials are created, send the API key and secret to support@kingstreetcomputers.com. The team will finalize your SMS integration.
