Browser
If you’re using a browser other than Chrome, switch to Chrome, which offers the best compatibility. Then check if the error continues.
Outdated browser
If you’re already using Chrome, make sure it’s up to date. You can verify this in your browser settings.
Ad blocker extensions
Check for ad blocker extensions that might be blocking access to http://api.smooth.tel/ and crm-extension.zoho.messagemedia.io.

- Click on Manage Extensions.
- Search for Chrome extensions that might be blocking our website e.g. uBlock and deactivate them.
- Refresh all your Zoho CRM browser tabs and try the process again.
