Using the latest version of the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app gives you access to new features, performance improvements, and important security updates. It’s a good idea to check for and install updates regularly - it’s quick and helps you get the best experience.
Update to the latest version
To update to the latest version of Sinch SMS for Dynamics:
- Navigate to the Power Platform admin center.
- From the left-side navigation, click on Manage.
- Click on Environments.

Click on the environment name used when you installed the SMS for Dynamics app.

In the Resources tile, click on Dynamics 365 apps.
- Locate the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app. If there's an update available, click on the alert in the Status column to start the update.
- Check the box to agree to the terms of service and then click on Update to complete the process.
