Dynamics | Update to the latest version of Sinch SMS for Dynamics

Using the latest version of the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app gives you access to new features, performance improvements, and important security updates. It’s a good idea to check for and install updates regularly - it’s quick and helps you get the best experience. 

Update to the latest version

To update to the latest version of Sinch SMS for Dynamics:

1. Navigate to the Power Platform admin center.
2. From the left-side navigation, click on Manage.
3. Click on Environments. 

4. Click on the environment name used when you installed the SMS for Dynamics app.

   

5. In the Resources tile, click on Dynamics 365 apps.

   

6. Locate the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app. If there's an update available, click on the alert in the Status column to start the update.
7. Check the box to agree to the terms of service and then click on Update to complete the process.
