Dynamics | How to install the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app

You can install the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app from Microsoft AppSource. 

The app is developed from an online (cloud) version of Dynamics 365 and is compatible with an online instance of Dynamics 365. Sinch SMS for Dynamics will not work on Dynamics 365 on-premise.

To find and install the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app from Microsoft AppSource:

1. Search for "Sinch SMS for Dynamics".
2. Select the Sinch SMS for Dynamics app from the list.

3. Click the Get it now button.

   

4. In the pop-up window, agree to the terms of use by clicking the Get it now button.

   

5. You'll be redirected to the Power Platform admin center. 

6. Once you're redirected, select an eligible environment from the dropdown box.

   

7. To complete the installation, click the Install button.

8. The application will be downloaded in Dynamics 365. You’ll now be able to access SMS for Dynamics when switching apps.

   

9. When you're ready, you can start configuring SMS for Dynamics.
