Some features are only available on particular plans or as paid add-ons and you can check inclusions on our pricing page. If you have any other questions, contact support and we can review your plan and provide you with options, including to speak to one of our Customer Success team.
This article explains how to change between standard post-paid plan subscriptions. If you are subscribed to a custom post-paid plan and would like to discuss changing it, please reach out to your account manager or submit a request to our support team.
Note: Changing plans from inside the web portal is currently only available to customers in Europe. If you are based in any other region please use the link on the account settings page to request to change your plan, or you can reach out to your account manager directly.
Prerequisites
To change your plan in the web portal you must first meet the following criteria:
- You must be an admin user
- You must subscribed to a standard Plan
- You must be signed into your parent account in order to access the Billing menu and change plans yourself.
Changing your plan
Once you've met the criteria above you can proceed to change your plan.
- From the side menu, click on Settings, then Billing
- Navigate to the Plan tab
- Browse and select the plan you wish to move to
- Select Update Plan, to confirm the changes, noting the plan effective date.
- You're all done! The plan change will be processed, which typically happens within 24 business hours. The effective date of the new plan will be indicate below the Selected Plan heading. If you've not had a confirmation email within 72 business hours, please submit a request with our support team.
