HubSpot | Integrate with HubSpot Breeze agent to use Send SMS action

Updated

HubSpot Breeze agents can send SMS by integrating Sinch as a HubSpot Breeze Agent tool. The Send SMS agent action tool (built for HubSpot Breeze agents) allows an agent to send a text message to a HubSpot contact via Sinch Engage.

HubSpot Breeze Agents

Breeze Agents are AI-powered tools in HubSpot that automate tasks across marketing, sales, service, and operations teams. They handle repetitive workflows, allowing people to focus on higher-value work.

Currently there are only HubSpot-built agents available in the marketplace. Users can add triggers and actions to extend their functionality by adding Sinch as a HubSpot Breeze Agent tool (custom workflow actions configured for the agent context).

Agent Hub is included for all Starter, Professional, and Enterprise customers.

Custom agents built in agent builder consume HubSpot Credits (can be purchased up front in packs for predictable spend or as they are used with pay-as-you-go). You will need to have an eligible plan and credits to use this feature.

Send SMS as an action

To use the Send SMS action, users will need access to the Breeze Agent Hub.

  1. In HubSpot, navigate to the Breeze Agent Hub (More > Agents > Agent Hub).

Use cases

There are several typical use cases for this action:

  • A service agent can follow up after a support ticket with an SMS update.

  • A sales or prospecting agent can send a personalized outreach message after looking up the contact in the CRM.

  • A support agent can confirm an appointment or next step by SMS, but only when consent allows it.

  • Send a quick re-engagement message to past customers.
