You can respond to SMS messages directly from your email. This makes it easy to share conversations across your team through a central inbox and lets you respond on the go from your phone or tablet without logging in to Zoho CRM.
Send email notifications for inbound SMS
- In the Zoho CRM, from the left-side navigation menu, click on the Marketplace module.
- Click on the Installed tab.
- Locate Sinch SMS for Zoho and click on Configure.
- Make sure you're in the Messaging tab.
Scroll down to Preferences and check the Send email notifications for inbound SMS box. This will enable the Email to SMS feature.
- Click the Save button.
