Mega merge allows you to pull data from multiple Zoho CRM modules into your SMS templates and automated SMS workflows e.g. if you're chasing a payment from the Deals module, you can merge the customer's name from the Contacts module and the amount payable from the Deals module into the same message.
Use mega merge in templated messages
To use mega merge in manual messages:
- Open the template by creating or editing a template e.g. open a Deal and click on the Send Sinch SMS button.
- Configure the template e.g. Template Name and CRM Module.
- Start adding merge fields e.g. contact's first name and amount.

To add the contact's first name, the merge field data will be pulled from the Contacts module. Select Contact Name and then First Name.

For the amount merge field, the data will be pulled from the Deals module. Select Current record and then Amount.

- After you've added your desired merge fields and finished composing your message, click the Add button to save your template.
Use mega merge in automated SMS/MMS workflows
When configuring your automated SMS/MMS workflows, you can select a merge field by using the drop-down menu above the message template box.
