This article explains how you can manage contacts in the Sinch mobile app.
Subscribe/ unsubscribe contacts for SMS/ Whatsapp
To subscribe or unsubscribe a contact, change the status in the Channels section. Tap Edit and update the channel status.
Delete a contact
To delete a contact, select the Delete contact option at the bottom of the Contact preview screen.
Update a contact
In the mobile app, you can update values for custom and default fields that you previously created in the Hub.
To remove a value from any custom or default field, long-press the field and select the "Remove field" option.
To update information in a custom or default field, go to the Contact Preview, tap "Edit", then choose the specific field you want to update.
To add value in a custom or default field, tap '+' in the 'Additional fields' , and then fill it in.
Create a new WhatsApp or SMS contact

To create a new contact, select the contact creation option in the top-right corner of the Contacts screen.

Next, choose the communication channel (WhatsApp or SMS) and enter the required details. A phone number must be provided in order to save the contact.
Add or remove a contact from an existing list
To add or remove a contact from existing lists, tap Edit in the Contact Preview, then check or uncheck the relevant radio buttons.
Please note: creating new contact lists is not supported in the mobile app. You can only link or unlink contacts from existing lists.
