The Sinch mobile app streamlines message management with powerful filtering and sorting features. This article explains how users can view conversations by assignee or message status, sort messages by the most recent activity, and toggle between open and closed chat lists. These tools help ensure a more organized and efficient workflow for managing customer interactions.
Filtering the inbox
To open the assignee and message status filters in the mobile application, click the top-left menu icon on the Inbox screen.
You can choose how to sort the displayed messages - either by the last message time or by the last incoming message time.
- Last message time sorting orders chats based on the timestamp of the most recent message, whether sent or received.

Last incoming message time sorting orders chats based on the timestamp of the last received message (similar to the web Hub version).
You can also switch between open and closed chat lists using the toggle shown below.
