Workato | How to connect Sinch Engage to Workato

Workato is an enterprise automation platform (iPaaS) that allows businesses to integrate applications, automate workflows, and streamline operations with minimal coding.

Connect Workato

To connect to Sinch Engage with Workato:

1. Log in to your Workato account.
2. Navigate to Projects.
3. Click New connection and then Connect to Sinch SMS & MMS.
4. Provide a Connection Name. Choose a name that clearly identifies which Sinch Engage instance Workato is connecting to.
5. Choose or Create a Project. Select an existing project or create a new one to organize your automation workflows.
6. Retrieve your API Keys from your Sinch Engage account. 
7. Copy and paste the API Key and Secret.

8. Enter the API credentials into Workato.

   Note: Only Admin users can generate API Keys and Secrets in Sinch Engage.
