It is possible for an account administrator to see how many messages their users are sending, receiving, and the volume of units charged. This article explains how these are run and how they can be scheduled and exported.
Note: Due to data retention regulations, only the past 12 months of messaging and reporting history are stored.
Running user usage reports
Parent account administrators can view individual accounts or sub-accounts, and it is also possible to filter by email address or username and specify a date-range. The report can also be downloaded from an emailed CSV.
- Navigate to Reports > User usage report.
- Select the date range and the Accounts from the fields, as well as the email address/ usernames you would like to filter and then click Run Report:
- If you wish to schedule the report or email a CSV file of it to yourself you can do so by clicking the buttons in the top right corner.
