The following table captures our up-to-date coverage for alphanumeric sender ID (formerly alpha tags) support. For countries where the Alphanumeric support column says Yes, you can use an alphanumeric sender ID when attempting to send messages to these destinations.
Among these supported countries, some only support sending transactional messages and require sender ID pre-registration. This means you can only use alphanumeric sender IDs you pre-register with us.
You can start the pre-registration process by contacting our support team. It is important that you test out the alphanumeric support first before sending large batches.
