Salesforce | Installation error - Content Deliveries and Public Links disabled
If you receive an error message during installation with 'This package can't be installed', you'll need to enable Salesforce Content Deliveries and Public Links.

- Navigate to Salesforce Setup.
- In the Quick Find box, search for 'Content Deliveries and Public Links'.

Select Content Deliveries and Public Links.
If you're unable to see this, please reach out to Salesforce Support as there may be a setting preventing you from accessing this feature.

Check the three boxes in the Enable section.
- Content Deliveries feature can be enabled for users
- Public Links can be enabled for users (Requires Content Deliveries)
- Content Deliveries and Public Links can be enabled to let communities users share files managed by libraries (Requires Content Deliveries)
- Click Save.
- Repeat the installation process.
- If you're still experiencing installation issues, please reach out to Salesforce Support.
