After you've installed the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app, you'll need to either connect your existing Sinch Engage account or create a new account with the free trial.
If required, you can disconnect your Sinch account from the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app at any time.
I'm a new Sinch Engage customer | Start a Free Trial
- From the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app, navigate to the Setup & Configuration tab.

In section one (Start a Free trial), click the Start a Free trial button.
- You'll be redirected to the registration page.

Complete the form and click the Create account button.
- After you create your trial account and log in to the Sinch Engage platform, from the left-side menu, click Extensions and then Integrations.

Locate the Salesforce tile and click the Install button.

Read the information and understand the terms and conditions in the pop-up modal and click Next.

If you've already installed the Sinch SMS for Salesfore app, select the option Do you already have Sinch SMS downloaded in your Salesforce Org? and then select the type of Salesforce environment you'd like to connect (Production or Sandbox).
If you haven't installed the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app yet, select the option for Let's install Sinch SMS now and then click Connect. This will take you to the Salesforce App Exchange.

Click the Connect button.

Navigate back to the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app. You'll see confirmation in the Setup & Configuration tab that you're connected to your nominated Sinch Engage account.
- You can now continue to the next step to add Sinch SMS licenses.
I'm an existing Sinch Engage customer | Connect my account
- Make sure you're already logged in to your Sinch Engage account to connect your existing account.
- From the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app, navigate to the Setup & Configuration tab.

In section one (Start a Free trial), click the Connect existing account link.

You'll be redirected to the account selection page showing a list of your available accounts and sub-accounts. Click Connect on the Sinch Engage account you want to connect to Salesforce.
- Read the access requirements and click Allow to grant permission for Sinch SMS for Salesforce to access your Sinch Engage data.

Navigate back to the Sinch SMS for Salesforce app. You'll see confirmation in the Setup & Configuration tab that you're connected to your nominated Sinch Engage account.
- You can now continue to the next step to add Sinch SMS licenses.
