Zoho CRM | Update to the latest version of Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM

Using the latest version of the SMS for Zoho CRM extension gives you access to new features, performance improvements, and important security updates. It’s a good idea to check for and install updates regularly - it’s quick and helps you get the best experience.

Update to the latest version

To update to the latest version of Sinch SMS for Zoho CRM:

1. Log in to Zoho CRM.
2. From the left-side navigation, click on the Marketplace icon.
3. Under Marketplace, click on the Installed tab.
4. Locate Sinch SMS for Zoho and click on Details.

5. In the Extension Details screen, if there is an update available, you'll see a green Update box next to the Version number. Click the Update box to install the latest version.

   

6. The installation should proceed automatically when you click the green Update box. Once the update has finished, the box will disappear from the Extension Details screen.
