When an inbound message is received and can't be matched to a record in Salesforce, a task will be created for the Default Message Owner specified in Step 7 of Setup & Configuration.
1. In the Default record owner field, start typing the username of the user you wish to set as the default record owner for inbound messages.
2. The field will automatically pull usernames matching the criteria you've typed. Select the username to populate the field:
