Follow this article for step by step instruction on how to connect to the Sinch messaging provider.
Adding the Receive Delivery Receipt Trigger to a Workflow
1. Open Power Automate and go to My Flows and create a New Flow.
2. Next, add a trigger to your workflow. In the pop up on the left, search for "Sinch" and you will then see the Sinch connector appear in the results as a premium connector. Select the When receiving a delivery receipt trigger to add it your workflow and this will allow you to start receiving delivery receipts for SMS sent using your connected Sinch account.
3. The trigger handles the following delivery receipt status':
- Delivered
- Failed
- Rejected
- Read
Depending on the purpose of your workflow, you may want to add a condition straight after the trigger to action the next step.
For example: You could check the status of the delivery receipt and if it contains a specific status, then add the details of the receipt to a data store for future use.
4. When you've finished configuring your workflow just click Save and you're done, and remember to test out your flow to make sure you receive the delivery receipts and everything is set up properly.
