Scheduled Messages

Schedule messages to send at a later time/day. Just compose your message, click the clock icon, and choose when you'd like it to be delivered.

Outbound MMS - US

You can now send images, videos, and audio files in outbound messages to US recipients. Just attach your media directly in the message composer.

Mark Unread - Hover

Mark a specific part of the conversation as unread by hovering over a message in a conversation. Click the envelope choose ‘Mark Unread’ to come back to it later.

Contact Panel - Editing/Creating Contacts

Edit or create contacts directly from the Contact Panel. Click into any conversation and update contact details without leaving the thread.

Bulk Action - Mark all read

Quickly mark all conversations as read using this bulk action. Find it at the top of your inbox above the conversations preview.

Bulk Action - Close all read

Clean up your inbox in one click. Use the new bulk action to close all read conversations at once. Find it at the top of your inbox above the conversations preview.

Default Templates

Create and save message default templates for faster replies. Default templates are set in 'Settings' and pre-populate all of your new messages with default content for quick responses.

Inbound Message Time/Day Labels

Messages shown in the inbox preview are now separated by time-based headings like ‘Today’, ‘Tomorrow’, and ‘March 12’. Each message also shows a timestamp—or, if it’s within the hour, a relative time like ‘5 minutes ago’.

Search by Contact

You can now search conversations by phone number and contact. Look for the 'Find Contact' Dropdown in the filters column on the left and type in the name or number of your recipient.

Start New Conversation

Start a new conversation in the beta inbox. Click the plus button in the first column and start engaging your contacts. 

Search by Phone Number

You can now search conversations by phone number. Find the magnifying glass and try searching your recipient's phone number to find your conversation with them. Search by contact coming soon!
