This article explains the Account Verification process.
New accounts will default to "Unverified" status. You can request to have your account verified to gain access to more features. This process ensures that only legitimate businesses use our platform to send compliant content to their customers. Users must verify their identity, business information, and contact details.
What is an Unverified account?
An "Unverified account" means the user has not completed the verification process.
Some features are restricted until the account is verified. Unverified accounts have limited access, reduced functionality, or are more likely to be flagged for suspicious activity until verified.
What are the restrictions on Unverified accounts?
The table below shows unavailable features in an Unverified account.

How can I get my account verified?
There are three ways to verify your account
Verify by Upgrading your Trial Account
Verify through API settings
Verify by trying to send a link in a New Message

Click on the Upgrade button on the top right of your screen, and choose a plan that best suits your business needs.
Verify through API settings
1. Navigate to Settings, and click on API Settings
2. Click on Request Access
3. Submit your business details for verification
Verify by trying to send a link in a New Message
1. In the menu, click on Messaging, then select New Message.
2. Start typing a URL or link into New Message. Click on Upgrade to choose a plan that best suits your business needs. Or click on Request verification to trigger the verification process.
Will I be notified once my account is fully verified?
Yes. If any further information is required you will receive an email requesting this. You will get an email confirming the status of your verification request.
How long will it take?
Typically accounts are verified in 1-2 hours, however it can take upto 24 hours to verify accounts in high demand periods.
Note: If the account is not for a registered business, it is classified as a ‘personal use’ account. Personal use accounts violate our Customer Terms and will be cancelled immediately after validation. |
