If you wish to remove the connection between your Sinch MessageMedia account and ActiveCampaign, this can be done from within ActiveCampaign. Note that this cannot be undone, and to reconnect your accounts you will need to start again with a new connection.
- In the Active Campaign interface, go to Apps, and then Connected Apps
- Select the account to disconnect, and click on Disconnect:
