Like SMS, inbound MMS messages can be used to trigger workflow actions in HubSpot.
When building your workflow, start by setting your trigger as "SMS for HubSpot: MMS Received"
Then select the option "PhoneNumber", then the criteria "is Known," then Apply filter
From here, you can set the desired action in your workflow which will be triggered whenever an MMS message is received from an identifiable sender.
