New Feature

Opt-out Management
You can now set the opt-out status of a contact in either the conversation window, or on the contact profile page.
In the Conversation pane, the status is set to either TRUE (opted out) or FALSE (opted in):
Note that the status updates are tracked in the conversation itself - these updates are only visible to you and will not be sent to the recipient.

In the Contact Profile, the OptOut status can be found in the Details tab, and can be set to either Subscribed (opted in) or Unsubscribed (opted out):

Sender IDs
Now you have the ability to select a Sender ID when sending messages from SMS for Dynamics.
This feature is available in Conversations:

As well as Bulk and single SMS:

Once you've set up your Sender IDs (either as a Dedicated Number or Alpha Tag) in the MessageMedia Hub, you'll be able to sync them from the SMS for Dynamics Configuration page. You can also add a Reference Name to your Sender IDs so they're easier to identify when sending messages, and don't forget to nominate a Default Sender ID:
