If you need to disconnect your Sinch MessageMedia account from your Salesforce account, you can easily do so from either platform.
If you want to reconnect again, just return to the Mercury SMS setup and configuration articles and start from step 1.
Disconnecting via the Mercury SMS app in Salesforce
1. From the Mercury SMS app, navigate to the Setup & Configuration tab.
2. Now in the section for Step 1, just click on Disconnect account:
That's it, you're done - there's no disconnection confirmation to select, no further steps are required.
Both the Setup & Configuration tab in Mercury SMS, and the Integrations page in the Hub, will automatically reset the next time the page refreshes.
Disconnecting via the Hub
1. From the Integrations page in the Hub, locate the Salesforce tile and click on View Settings:
2. Where it says Connect Org, click on the red X next to your Salesforce account name to remove the integration:
3. Click on Yes, disconnect now to confirm the action.
4. Then Okay to close the confirmation:
That's it, you're done - there's no disconnection confirmation to select, no further steps are required.
